Having experienced difficulties accessing the ToD list for some days I have finally received this email from the DfE:
“As the coordinator of Tod forum, we wanted to make you aware that the forum is currently offline for a technical review.
We will be back in touch once we have a further update.

Technology Directorate Communications”
We will let you know when it is up and running again.
